Tasting notes: Ripe and rich black fruits with subtle spicy aromas. Robust fruit on the palate combined with grippy, but pleasant tannins with a well-structured backbone of acidity and vanilla finish. Wine with a great ageing potential.
Food pairing: versatile, pairs well with beef and turkey, cold meet pates with pink peppercorns, confited eggplant, crispy trout and brie and Camembert cheeses.
