Rozzy is a pleasant, fresh, sparkling rosé wine, fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature and by soaking on the skin for a couple of hours. Thanks to the granite subsoil its colour is deeper than the average, and it is defined by the pigment content accumulated in the berries. Besides the raspberry scent, some vegetal and herbaceous characters can also be discovered in its smell.
