Both Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc feel good in our wine region, Minis, and they offer robust and masculine wine with a savory aftertaste thanks to the granite subsoil. This Bordeaux-blend was made by natural fermentation and was matured in barrels of 225l and 5000l. Its colour is deep ruby with purplish nuances. The scents of blackcurrant, mulberry, cherry, chocolate and dried plums continue in its taste as well. On the palate, you can taste mellow, but distinct tannins, accompanied by an excellent structure and long-lasting finish. Due to its high acidity and alcohol content, this wine is perfect for bottle ageing, it reaches the top after 6-7 years, and keeps its excellent qualities for a long time.
