The wine is a blend of 60% Fetească Neagră and 40% Cabernet Franc characterized by the fruity flavour of Feteasca Neagra and spiciness of Cabernet Franc. The flesh and soft tannins of Feteasca Neagra make the wine to become rounder and more enjoyable. Fruity yet elegant on the nose with complex notes of vanilla and spice. on the palate warm, plummy fruit from the Fetească Neagră, and a youthful and vibrant structure from the Cabernet Franc. The exquisite and elegant complexity ends in a pleasant and long finish. This elegant cuvée is spontaneously fermented in barrels of 225l, with a 10 to 15-year ageing potential.
